Job Opening Details

Prepares and/or coordinates preparation of full estimates on smaller projects of all types. Provides complete conceptual and final estimating on negotiated CM/GC projects or complete total bid price for lump sum GC work. Interacts with Owner, A/E’s and trade partners to provide cost data in support of design development decision making or resolving technical details during the pre-construction estimating phase of a project.   Assists Senior Estimators as required/requested.
