Project Engineer
Reviews, analyzes and resolves field construction problems, discrepancies or interferences with A/E, Owner or Contractor. Provides administration of the following at the jobsite; Submittal/procurement process, RFI process, Document Control, Field Cost Control, Change Orders. Able to develop schedule independent of PM and Superintendent with appropriate sequence and duration. Assists Project Manager with budget development, with buyout of certain trades and writes subcontracts for same scope. Assists Project Manager with budget development. Able to develop estimates and determine appropriate production rates and/or unit prices for all trades.
